High quality lighting for the 700+ bay car park at the new Trafford Park B&Q Warehouse store was achieved with only four new 25 metre Colossus High Mast area lighting systems, installed by WRTL Exterior Lighting. Each is fitted with 12 Arc lanterns and 400W SON-T lamps, mounted on WRTL´s unique new Guided Runner and Parachute Braking™ headframes, which ensure safe and easy maintenance by enabling the assembly to be safely lowered to ground, even in wind speeds over 30 mph.

As part of a continuing maintenance contract, WRTL Exterior Lighting´s High Mast installation and maintenance team have completed a major refurbishment of high mast floodlighting at the Port of Dover.

Replacement of the lighting masts on the M1 around Junction 3 (Scratchwood Services) required extensive traffic management.
